RESOLUTION NO. 062019-A <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />ADOPTING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH SEIU AND <br />ADJUSTING SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR OTHER EMPLOYEES <br />WHEREAS, the District has met and conferred with duly appointed representatives of <br />the employees; and <br />WHEREAS, some full-time employees and part-time and contract CaIPERS members <br />are not represented in the meet and confer process, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Conejo <br />Recreation and Park District hereby: <br />1. Adopts the Memorandum of Understanding with SEIU Local 721 (attached). <br />2. Approves the salary and benefit changes for all full-time employees <br />consistent with the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding. <br />3. Approves a salary increase of 2.5% effective the pay period which includes <br />July 1, 2019, and a salary increase of 2.5% effective the pay period which <br />includes July 1, 2020 for regular part-time employees. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED the 20th day of June, 2019 by the following vote: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />Jim Friedl, General Manager and <br />Secretary to the Board of Directors <br />Attest: <br />Aline Reynders, <br />Executive Assistant <br />
