Proposed budget will be reviewed at May commission meeting. <br />3. A vote on the proposed budget will occur at June commission meeting. <br />G. Bingo Committee- As reported by Cleary <br />1. Financial Report —March 2019- <br />a. Total Income: $45,533 <br />b. Total Expenses: $33,590 <br />c. NET: $11,903 <br />d. Attendance: 1,136 <br />e. Average Number of People: 82 <br />2. New event idea discussed was a Bingo Marathon which would take the <br />place of a Saturday Bingo. Event would probably be 12:00-5:00pm. <br />H. Programs Committee- As reported by Bengtson <br />1. Beatles & Beyond <br />a. 20% no show (50 people did not show up) <br />b. Group offered to do Rolling Stones performance. <br />2. Ronny & the Classics <br />a. 20 additional seats were sold. <br />3. Eagles, Everly Brothers, and Jason Love have all been confirmed for <br />future shows. <br />4. Barry was going to contact Cowboy Castle for possible country band <br />contacts. <br />Publicity Committee- As reported by Blum <br />1. No meeting last month. <br />J. Bus Trip Committee- As reported by Martinich <br />1. Next Bus Trip Meeting will be May 6 at 1:30. <br />
