Attachment A <br />RESOLUTION 060619-A <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />OF THE CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />ESTABLISHING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS SUBJECT <br />TO THE LIMITATION SET FORTH IN ARTICLE XIIIB <br />OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />WHEREAS, Article XIIIB of the Califomia Constitution established the total annual appropriations <br />subject to limitations for the State and for local government; and <br />WHEREAS, said limitation is defined as the appropriations limit of such entities for the prior year <br />adjusted for changes in per capita personal income and population of said entities; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation and Park District wishes to establish <br />the appropriations subject to limitation for the fiscal year 2019-2020, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation and Park district does <br />hereby resole as follows: <br />1. The appropriations subject to limitation for the Conejo Recreation and Park District for the fiscal <br />year 1978 -1979 was $4,522,406. <br />2. The appropriations subject to limitation pursuant to Article XIIIB of the California Constitution for <br />the Conejo Recreation and Park District for the fiscal year 2019-2020 is $46,935,660. <br />3.
