Holt, Director <br />Nellie Cusworth, Director <br />Doug Nickles, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />DATE: May 16, 2019 <br />TO: Board of Directors <br />FROM: Jim Friedl, General Mana <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing to Consl option of Resolution No. 051619—A Approving <br />Engineer's Report, Confirming Diagram and Assessment, and Ordering Levy <br />of Assessment for Fiscal Year 2019-20 (Districtwide Assessment AD 62-1) <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt Resolution No. 051619-A approving the Engineer's Report, Confirming the Diagram and <br />Assessment and Ordering the Levy of Assessment for the Districtwide Park Maintenance and <br />Recreation Improvement District (AD 62-1). <br />DISCUSSION <br />On April 18, 2019, the Board of Directors directed the preparation of the annual Engineer's Report <br />for the Districtwide Assessment (62-1), preliminarily approved the Engineer's Report and set the <br />date, time and place for this Public Hearing to consider final approval of the Engineer's Report, <br />confirm the diagram and assessment and order the levy of assessment for the fiscal year 2019 - <br />2020. The Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Ventura County Star on Thursday, May <br />2nd. Additional public notification of the District budgetary process was advertised in the District's <br />Summer Brochure. <br />The attached resolution confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for the Districtwide <br />Park Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District (AD 62-1) (available online at <br />www.crpd.org/62-1ER2019) and confirms the levies contained therein.
