Fiscal Years 2021-22 Through Fiscal Years 2028-29 (and Beyond) <br />As stated previously, the proposed TEN-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN includes <br />requests from District employees and residents. Staff has prioritized the projects in utilizing <br />estimated fund balances for the various funding sources at the beginning of each Fiscal Year, the <br />volume of projects, and current staffing levels.
