CSVP Weliness Fest <br />The annual Wellness Fest was held on January 16," from 9:00am-1:00pm. There were <br />50+ vendors who participated, over 500 people in attendance, and over 50 volunteers <br />who helped day of event. Newly added to this year's event were Interactive Courses. <br />These included Brain and Body Fitness, Healthy Cooking, Meditation, Sidewalk CPR, Tai <br />Chi, and Yoga. These proved very successful with the Senior population. <br />2. CSVP Volunteer Placements <br />CSVP helps place volunteers at 70 local partner agencies. Some of the agencies CSVP <br />placed volunteers during the months of January -March include, Golden Heart Ranch, <br />CRPD Aquatics, Conejo Free Clinic, Thousand Oaks Library, Conejo Valley Botanic <br />Gardens, Chumash Museum, and many more! <br />3. Goebel Cafe <br />Breakfast <br />Breakfast is served Monday -Friday, 8:30-11:00am at the Goebel Cafe. From January - <br />March, the cafe made a $2,600 profit. <br />Senior Nutrition Program <br />During this period, the Senior Nutrition Program, administered by CSVP, served meals to <br />3,025 seniors' age 60 plus.
