Minutes 3-27-19 <br />Page 3 <br />F. Budget and Finance Committee- As reported by Smith <br />1. Reuben met with all committees and received all proposed budget <br />numbers and recommendations for the coming year. <br />2. April Budget Committee meeting will get draft of full proposed budget. <br />3. May Commission meeting will get draft of full budget to look at and give <br />any final thoughts and/or recommendations. <br />4. A vote on the budget will be taken at the June Commission meeting. <br />G. Bingo Committee- As reported by Basilio <br />1. Financial Report —February 2019: <br />a. Total Income: $44,283.00 <br />b. Total Expenses: $30,615.00 <br />c. NET: $13,688.00 <br />d. Attendance: 1,303 <br />e. Average Number of People: 109 <br />2. Friday Night Bingo is Friday, March 29. Fish and chips will be served <br />with coleslaw <br />H. Programs Committee- As reported by Toyen <br />1. Beatles & Beyond <br />a. Show was fantastic. <br />b. About 200 people attended. There were 25% no shows which is <br />average. <br />c. Band leader made suggestion that they can do a Rolling Stones <br />band in the future. <br />2. Modenia Kramer <br />a. Sign up sheet to volunteer will be distributed. <br />Publicity Committee- As reported by Blum <br />1. No meeting in February. <br />2. Will convene this month to see if there is anything that needs to be <br />discussed. <br />J. Bus Trip Committee- As reported by Martinich <br />1. No meeting in March. <br />2. Next meeting will be May 6. <br />3. Huntington Library and Seals & Sea Lions Trips are partially sponsored <br />by the Commission. <br />
