Shea, CPA <br />Quality Control Partner <br />Professional experience <br />Mr. Shea began his career with Thomas, Byrne and Smith in 1981. He spent <br />five years with the firm primarily working on audits of municipalities, special <br />districts, redevelopment and other governmental agencies.
