Manno, CPA, CGMA <br />Engagement Partner <br />Professional experience <br />Mr. Manno began his career with Thomas, Bigbie and Smith in 1995. He spent <br />six years with the firm primarily working on audits of municipalities, special <br />districts and redevelopment agencies as well as various nonprofit <br />organizations. He joined Rogers, Anderson, Malody & Scott, LLP in July 2001. <br />Currently, Mr. Manno serves as a technical reviewer for the GFOA CAFR <br />Award program. Since 2010, Mr. Manno serves as a technical volunteer on the <br />California Special Districts Association Audit Committee and the Fiscal <br />Committee providing accounting and fiscal program guidance.
