The LIVID includes a capital
improvement project fund.
The attached resolution provides for a noticed Public Hearing of this Board on May 16, 2019 at
7:00 p.m., to consider the ordering of the improvements and the levy of the proposed assessment.
The recommended assessment for LIVID 94-1 (Dos Vientos Ranch) provides for the maintenance
and operation of Dos Vientos Community Park, Del Prado Playfield, and Dos Vientos and
Sycamore Neighborhood Parks, as well as the maintenance of the open space surrounding Dos
Vientos Ranch. As per the table below, the proposed assessment is changing from $321.86 per
benefit unit to $332.11 per benefit unit for FY 2019/20. Based on the 2.51 % (capped at 5%)
change in CPI from February 2018 to February 2019, the maximum assessment rate within LIVID
94-1 (Dos Vientos) changes from $326.88 per benefit unit to $335.08 per benefit unit.
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES
403 West Hillcrest Drive • Thousand Oaks, CA 91360-4223
(805) 495-6471 - FAX: (805) 497-3199 - Email: parks@crpd.org - Website: www.crpd.org
