Yy WILLDAN <br />/Y. ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM <br />The Assessment Diagram required pursuant to Section 22570 of the 1972 Act, indicating <br />the exterior boundaries of the District. The lines and dimensions of each lot or parcel <br />within the District are the lines and dimensions shown on the latest County Assessor's <br />map as identified by a distinctive number or letter assigned by the County Assessor's <br />Office. <br />The assessment diagram sets forth: (a) the exterior boundaries of the District, (b) the <br />boundaries of any zones within the District. A detailed description of the lines and <br />dimensions of any lot or parcel within the District is defined by the Ventura County <br />Assessor's maps, reference is made to the County Assessor's map applicable for the <br />fiscal year, which map shall govern for all details concerning the lines and dimensions of <br />such lots or parcels. A copy of the assessment diagram is attached hereto, referenced <br />and incorporated. <br />The original assessment diagram was filed July 31, 1992, Book 15, Pages 22 through 25, <br />inclusive, of Maps of Assessment Districts and Community Facilities Districts (Document <br />No. 92-134936) in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Ventura, State of <br />California. <br />2019/2020 Landscape Maintenance District No. 92-1 Page 9 of 19 <br />
