WILLDAN <br />of the Proposition 218 Omnibus Implementation Act (Government Code Section 53750 <br />and following) (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Act"). The provisions of the <br />Constitution, the Implementation Act and the 1972 Act collectively are hereinafter referred <br />to as "Assessment Law". Pursuant to Assessment Law, the proposed assessment to be <br />levied each year may be increased based upon the formula previously approved without <br />undertaking further assessment ballot proceedings. The assessments established and <br />approved for this District includes a provision for an annual increase to the maximum <br />assessment rate based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) to reflect normal cost of living <br />increases to maintain the District improvements, but this annual adjustment shall not be <br />more than 5 percent a year. <br />2019/2020 Landscape Maintenance District No. 92-1 Page 2 of 19 <br />
