Holt, Director Nellie Cusworth, Director Doug Nickles, Director GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS Tex Ward Adopt Resolution 040419-A setting the Facility and Filming Fees and Charges for the Conejo Recreation & Park District effective July 1, 2019 and February 1, 2020. DISCUSSION Annually, staff reviews the facility and filming fees and charges and makes recommendations to the Board for any changes. Staff recommends keeping the filming fees and charges the same for fiscal years 2019-2020 and 2020- 2021. Staff recommends all facility use fees and light use fees increase by approximately 5%. Fees were last increased for facility use in 2017 by 5%, and light use fees were last increased May 2007. Ball Field/Soccer Field use fees were implemented in 2012. Such fees were last increased in 2017 by 5%. Staff recommends that Ball Field/Soccer Field use fees increase by approximately 15% to move towards regional market prices. It is also recommended that the deposits and refunds remain the same, last reviewed in 2017. The proposed facility use fees would take effect on July 1, 2019. Ball Field/Soccer Field use and light use would take effect on February 1, 2020. The proposed action is consistent with the Board's decision to annually review rental and filming fees, deposits, and refunds. The attached fee schedule would remain in effect until amended by the Board of Directors.
