RESOLUTION NO. 032119-A <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />OF THE CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />ADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020 <br />PRELIMINARY BUDGET FOR THE DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the Conejo Recreation and Park District is duly organized and <br />existing under the provision of Section 5700 et seq., of the Public Resources <br />Code of the State of California, and <br />WHEREAS, Section 5788 of the Public Resources Code stipulates that the District <br />shall adopt a preliminary budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation and Park <br />District does hereby adopt the preliminary budget as presented. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary to the Board of Directors of the <br />Conejo Recreation and Park District shall certify copies of this Resolution and <br />make them available to the Board of Supervisors, County of Ventura, California. <br />Passed this 21st day of March, 2019 by the following vote: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT <br />ATTEST: <br />Aline Reynders <br />Executive Assistant <br />Jim Friedl, General Manager and <br />Secretary to the Board of Directors <br />ATTACHMENT 1 <br />
