Holt, Director Nellie Cusworth, Director Doug Nickles, Director GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS Tex Ward The proposed revised Purchasing Policy updates and codifies purchasing and bidding procedures. The District's Purchasing Policy has not been updated since 2015. Since that time, there have been changes in state law which affect the District. Most notably, the state changed the bid limits in the Public Contract Code (PCC) section 22032. Thus, the major change in the proposed policy is in the level of General Manager authority and bids for Board award for -purchases, which is more in line with the levels established in the PCC. -,AL 1 �. Included in the Purchasing Policy is a District Purchasing Policy Matrix which can be utilized for quick reference.
