The "Real Property" is in the City of Thousand Oaks, County of <br />Ventura, State of California and is specifically described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br />incorporated by reference herein. The "Easement Area" which comprises the Permanent Easement is <br />described and depicted in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. <br />118 <br />
