AMENDMENT #2 <br />Contract for Services <br />Between the <br />Conejo Recreation and Park District <br />and <br />FS Contractors <br />This Amendment #2 to the Contract for Services (CONTRACT) is entered into by and between <br />Conejo Recreation & Park District ("CRPD") on the one hand, and FS Contractors ("FS"). <br />The total contract amount for July 1, 2018 — to June 30, 2019 shall not exceed $250,000. <br />All other terms and conditions of the CONTRACT apply. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment #2 to the CONTRACT as <br />of the date written below <br />IM <br />CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />Jim Friedl, General Manager <br />FS CONTRACTORS <br />
