Board's consideration which establishes that more than five meetings per month are necessary <br />for the effective operation of the District. <br />The "Compensable Performance of Official Duties" has been modified from the 2006 version to <br />address AB 2329 and define compensable activities and duties as broad and inclusive of the wide <br />array of recreation, park, open space and social service areas covered by the Conejo Recreation <br />and Park District. <br />Updated Board of Directors Expense Reimbursement Policy <br />This policy remains largely unchanged from the existing policy most recently updated in January <br />2006. The policy has worked well.
