December 6, 2018 <br />Page 3 <br />The Year in Review — 2018 <br />Friedl reviewed the District's accomplishments over the past year and gave a PowerPoint <br />presentation depicting various completed projects, special events, new construction, <br />groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings. <br />Ed Jones --- Thank You for 8 Years of Service <br />Friedl briefly reviewed Ed's accomplishments and remarked on the special talents he <br />brought to the Board. Board members thanked Jones for his service and wished him <br />well in his new role as a City Council member. Jones expressed his gratitude for his <br />time on the CRPD Board of Directors. <br />Administration of Oath of Office - Directors Cusworth, Holt and Nickles <br />Friedl congratulated the elected Directors and administered the oath of office to newly - <br />elected Directors Cusworth and Nickles and re-elected Director Holt. The newly -sworn in <br />Directors introduced the family and friends who attended the swearing in. <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of November 15, 2018 Regular Meeting <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Huffer and carried 3-0 to approve the minutes <br />as presented. (Nickles and Cusworth abstained.) <br />B. Approval of Warrants <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $849,356.47 <br />Payroll $415,500.00 <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Nickles, and carried 5-0 to approve the Consent <br />Calendar as presented. <br />7.
