Chumash Museum Liaison (est. 2019) The Chumash Museum Board indicates they are interested in the CRPD Board selecting a CRPD liaison to attend their Board meetings as a non-voting member — similar to the liaison position with the Conejo Valley Historical Society/Stagecoach Inn Museum. This is a new committee position. The Chumash Museum Board generally meets monthly Capital Projects Potential Partnerships (ad hoc) (est. 2014) This committee was created to explore the possibility of potential partnerships for significant capital improvement projects. (Meets as needed.) Staff recommends this committee be eliminated and can be reinstated should a new capital project involving partnerships come to light. Ordinance Manual Review (ad hoc) (est. 2017) This committee was created to review and discuss potential changes and updates to the CRPD ordinance manual. There is currently an Ordinance Manual update proposal in process. Once this update is complete, this ad hoc committee's work will conclude. (Meets as needed.) Off Leash Area (ad hoc) (est. 2018) This committee is held to address issues of interest within the off -leash dog areas. The primary issue has involved the ground surfacing of the OLAs. The District's proposal to the NOLAs was not agreeable to the NOLA representatives and the NOLA representative's counter -proposal to the committee is not agreeable. (Meets as needed.) Staff recommends this ad hoc committee be eliminated. Should new developments arise, the Board may re-establish this (or similar) committee.
