CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br /> <br />Holt called the meeting to order at 7:25 p.m. and Gibson led the flag salute. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Directors Present: Gibson Holt, Huffer, Lange <br /> <br />Directors Absent: Jones <br /> <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare, Lewanda and Executive <br />Assistant Reynders <br /> <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br /> Thanks and Recognition to CRPD Board Member for Joe Gibson for 20 Years of Service <br /> <br /> (Gibson recognition was held prior to the Board meeting.) <br /> <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br /> It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Gibson, and carried 4-0 to approve the agenda as <br />presented; Chair Holt recommended moving Item 8 behind Items 9A-9D. The Board <br />concurred. <br /> <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Approval of Minutes of November 1, 2018 Regular Meeting <br /> <br />B. Approval of Warrants <br /> <br /> Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $397,691.61 <br />Payroll $429,500.00 <br /> <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Huffer, and carried 4-0 to approve the Consent Calendar <br />as presented. <br /> <br />7.
