CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />October 18, 2018 <br />7:00 PM <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Holt called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. and Hare led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Holt, Huffer, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: Gibson <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare and Lewanda and <br />Executive Assistant Reynders <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Diane Rumbaugh, Thousand Oaks, expressed concern over the location of the Disc Golf <br />Course at Sapwi Trails Community Park, and the location of the multi -use trails within the <br />disc golf course. She also mentioned the possible fire hazards associated with patrons <br />smoking in the park. <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Jones, and carried 4-0 to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of October 4, 2018 Regular Meeting <br />B. Approval of Warrants <br />
