Consent calendar: <br />(a) Consideration of resolution recommending that the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority transfer the <br />160 acre Capra property located in the Western Santa Monica Mountains, County of Los Angeles, (APNs 4471-020- <br />004, 4471-021-012 and 013), to the Department of General Services, State of California. <br />(b) Consideration of resolution recommending that the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority accept the <br />quitclaim of an easement recorded August 22, 1990 as instrument number 90-1458240 held by the Las Virgenes <br />Municipal Water District on and over the former Semler property, County of Los Angeles, (APNs 2063-047-001 <br />through 018). <br />(c) Consideration of resolution authorizing rescission of memorandum of understanding by and between the Santa <br />Monica Mountains Conservancy, the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority, and the Mountains <br />Conservancy Foundation concerning operation of the Streisand Center for Conservancy Studies. <br />(d) Consideration of resolution recommending that the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority approve a <br />contractwith the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection for brush clearance services during the 2000 <br />calendar year: ' <br />7. Consideration of resolution adopting a revision of the boundary of the Rim of the Valley Trail Corridor pursuant to Section <br />33204.4 of the Public Resources Code. <br />8. Consideration of resolution authorizing a grant to the Santa Clarita Watershed Recreation and Conservation Authority for <br />acquisition of Whitney Canyon contingent upon the approval of this item in the Budget Act of 2000. <br />9. Consideration of resolution recommending that the Santa Clarita Watershed Recreation and Conservation Authority apply <br />for a grant of Proposition 12 funds from the Secretary for Resources for the acquisition of Whitney Canyon. <br />10. Possible consideration of a motion to rescind the vote by which the request of the Palisades -Malibu Young Men's Christian <br />Association that the Conservancy recommend to the Governing Board of the Mountains Recreation and Conservation <br />Authority that it annul the action of the Executive Officer requesting a $1/day per registrant permit -fee for the Palisades - <br />Malibu YMCA's fee-based day camp program in Temescal Gateway Park was refused adoption.* <br />11. Consideration of .resolution recommending that the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority adopt a policy <br />regarding the purchase of alternative or hybrid fuel vehicles. <br />12. Consideration of resolution adopting FY 2000-01 preliminary budget of the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority <br />and authorization of grants necessary to implement such budget.* <br />13. Consideration of resolution authorizing a grant to the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority for construction of <br />improvements at The Natural Park, City of Los Angeles, contingent upon the approval of this item in the Budget Act of 2000. <br />14.
