Holt, Director <br />Mr. Gerard van Steyn of Shilts Consultants has been scheduled to make a <br />presentation to the Board at the July 13 meeting, relative to the process <br />associated with the public opinion research element of a recreation and parks <br />needs assessment, and the implications of the findings of such research for the <br />District in the planning and financing of capital projects and, importantly. <br />projected maintenance and operation expenditures. <br />This matter is proposed as a discussion items on the agenda, and it is <br />anticipated that, along with an overview of the process, there will be <br />opportunities for questions and discussion. <br />You have previously received the attached timeilnes for the survey.
