Lange, Director <br />Ed Jones, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />To: Board of Directors <br />From: Jim Friedl, General Manag <br />Subject: Concession Agreement R ith Oakbrook Chumash Indian Corporation <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Renew concession agreement with Oakbrook Chumash Indian Corporation (OCIC) for five years. <br />DISCUSSION <br />The District originally entered into an agreement with the OCIC on November 4, 2004; since that <br />time, there has been steady and positive growth at the museum and with the OCIC Board of <br />Directors, The District would lice to continue its relationship with the OCIC. <br />As per Section 3 of Amendment #3 of the agreement, staff recommends a five-year renewal of <br />the agreement. All other terms and conditions of the agreement shall remain unchanged. <br />The original agreement and amendments can be found at www.crpd.orglchumash <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Meets 2018 Strategic Plan Element 4.6: Local non-profit organizations. Maintain and build <br />relationships with local non-profit organizations engaged in activities consistent with the District's <br />mission.
