AMENDMENT # 1 <br />Oakheart Country Music Festival Agreement 2018 <br />Between the <br />Conejo Recreation and Park District <br />and <br />Rotary Club of Westlake Village <br />This Amendment 41 to the Oakheart Country Music Festival Agreement 2018 is entered into by <br />and between Conejo Recreation & Park District ("DISTRICT") and Rotary Club of Westlake <br />Village ("ROTARY"). <br />Subject premises shall include Conejo Creek West and Conejo Creek Northwest. ROTARY <br />right and privilege shall be exclusive in the designated parking areas at Conejo Creek West and <br />Conejo Creek Northwest from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on the day of the event, Saturday, June 2, <br />2018. <br />ROTARY shall pay an additional "Conejo Creek West and Conejo Creek Northwest site fee", <br />not less than $525 (five hundred twenty-five dollars) per day or portion thereof, of the usage <br />period, or $525 (five hundred twenty-five dollars). <br />With the addition of the "Conejo Creek West and Conejo Creek Northwest site fee", total site <br />fees shall be $13,650 (thirteen thousand six hundred fifty dollars). Payment shall occur within <br />ninety (90) days of termination of said event. <br />The Maximum Ticket Sales as set forth in Exhibit A of the Agreement is increased to a limit of <br />8,000. <br />All other terms and conditions of the November 2, 2017 Oakheart Country Music Festival <br />Agreement 2018 apply. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment #1 to the Agreement as of <br />the date written below. <br />CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />Jim Friedl, General Manager <br />ROTARY CLUB OF WESTLAKE VILLAGE <br />Dated Lee Ginsburg, President <br />Dated Brian Hynes, Chair <br />
