The <br />following adjustments are recommended to update the FY 2017-18 budget primarily for timing <br />differences related to operations crossing fiscal years. <br />Fiscal Year 2017-18 <br />Dos Vientos Assessment District Fund <br />Increase appropriation by $60,000, to $660,000 from Fund Balance to the Playground Upgrade <br />project, to adjust for timing of work/invoices at year end. <br />Rancho Conejo Assessment District Fund <br />Appropriate $47,000 from Fund Balance to the Pickleball Court project, from $0 to $47,000, <br />$32,000 of which is due to timing and $15,000 of which is new appropriation to provide <br />additional work to complete the project including additional grading, concrete, mulch and the <br />restroom renovation. <br />Districtwide Assessment District Fund <br />Increase appropriation using $396,000 of Fund Balance, as noted, for timing differences: <br />Northwood Neighborhood Park Phase III — from $0 to $140,000 <br />Old Meadows — Playground — from $100,000 to $190,000 <br />Conejo Creek West — Restroom/Parking Lot — from $300,000 to $333,000 <br />Thousand Oaks Park Restroom -- from $0 to $31,000 <br />Grants to Others — from $310,000 to $340,000 <br />ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES <br />403 West Hillcrest Drive - Thousand Oaks, CA 913604223 <br />(805) 495-6471 - FAX: (805) 497-3199 - Email: parks@crpd.org • Website: www.crpd.org <br />
