CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Huffer called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm and Gibson led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Huffer, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis and Hare and <br />Executive Assistant Reynders <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Administration of Oath of Office — Directors Huffer and Lange <br />Friedl congratulated the re-elected Directors and administered the oath of office to <br />Directors Huffer and Lange. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Gibson, and carried 5-0 to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of November 17, 2016 Regular Board Meeting <br />B. Approval of Warrants <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $219,147.25 <br />Payroll $0 <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried " to approve the <br />Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
