Holt, Vice Chair <br />Joe Gibson, Director <br />Ed Jones, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />DATE: <br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />SUBJECT: <br />September 7, 2017 <br />Board of Directors <br />Jim Friedl, General <br />Annual Master Plar <br />Fiscal Year 2016-2G r <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve annual update to June 2011 Master Plan. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Capital Improvement Projects <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Improvement Projects Status Report for <br />In Fiscal Year 2016-2017, the Board approved 37 projects; as of July 1, 2017: <br />• Twenty-two (22) are completed, <br />• Thirteen (13) are in progress and will be carried over to Fiscal Year 2017-2018, <br />• One (1) was not completed as it was deemed not necessary, <br />• One (1) was a planning only project, <br />• A total of $3,895,656 was expended for capital projects. <br />An Annual Master Plan Update (attached) with a spreadsheet titled "FINAL , 2096/2017 CAPITAL <br />PROJECTS"will be kept with the June 2011 Master Plan; the Master Plan will be comprehensively <br />reviewed and updated, as needed, to better reflect the community as it changes and matures. <br />The entire June 2011 Master Plan is located at: <br />http://www.crpd.org/about—us/forms/default.asp <br />The attached spreadsheet details each project, including information regarding the project <br />manager, location, description, budget, year-to-date expenditures, balance, percent expended <br />(financial information as of 711/17; FY not closed), and comments (as of 711117).
